Paste a web address and PrintxPDF fetches the page, runs Mozilla Readability over it and shows you just the article. Delete anything left over by clicking it, resize the text, shrink or drop the images, then print, download a PDF, save a PNG or email it to yourself.
If a site blocks readers, paste the page source or upload a saved .html file instead. Both always work, because the cleaning happens in your browser.
